Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume periods, or unexpected delays.

Shipping times depend on the shipping carrier and the customer’s location. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. TheSto4You is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

TheSto4You is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first for assistance.
